Your satisfaction matters to us! We accept refunds and exchanges on unused and unopened products within 10 days of the date your item was delivered. All items must be returned in their original packaging.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange
Email us at addisaromacandle@gmail.com , with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photo evidence of the item of concern.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will either
- Process your refund to the original payment method, or
- Send out a replacement item.
Important Notes
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless you received the wrong item or the item was damaged during shipping.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Clearance items are final sale and sold as-is due to minor flaws or packaging changes. No refunds or exchanges will be offered for these items.
